ARR 2023 - Secrets of Success: A Remarkable Night

Pic Courtesy: DMY Creation Facebook Well, those who are in my closed circle know that I'm an ardent fan of Harris Jayaraj. I've also written a special entry for the man here  when I attended his concert. But, who would want to miss the Oscar-award winning Indian composer's concert after many years he had been to Malaysia?! Not me. I would definitely want to experience the live music from A.R. Rahman ; also celebrating 30 Years of ARR.  When A.R. Rahman 2023 - Secrets of Success live concert was announced to be held in Stadium Bukit Jalil on 28th January 2023 on  DMY Creation's Facebook , I was eager to attend it as it would be the first time of me going to ThalaivARR's concert! ( Thalaivar means Chief ). I managed to purchase the ticket on ticket opening day itself which was on 19th September 2022. Since then, I have been counting days to attend the live concert from the Grammy + Academy Award winning musician's concert. I really loved ARR's music and songs

Day 8 of 28!

Yes, the countdown changes from 14 to 28 days as the MCO (Movement Control Order) which has been implemented from March 18th, 2020 to March 31st, 2020 now has been extended until April 14th, 2020 for Malaysians to stay home in order to break the spread of Covid-19 chain. My crave for Cendol is multiplying now, anyways!

I'm not denying that I'm writing because I'm bored, not only that I have all the time in the world for 21 more days to make up for the stuff that are awaiting me.

Not only me, but you too can make something out of these 28 days. Let's look at the brighter side. Instead of complaining that you have to stay at home for 3 more weeks, why not look at yourself as the savior?! We're gonna save the country by just staying at home, so why not?! Imagine those frontliners who hardly spare time for their loved ones, but you're out of the list so stop complaining and stay safe at home!

Take this golden time to really take good care of yourself. Eat well. Stay hydrated. Put down your phone and mingle with your family. Watch movies. Play cards. Listen to songs. Sleep in the evening. Clean your room. Enjoy the rain. Laugh often. Write something. Read books. Watch sunrises/sunsets. Look around.
The freedom of movement that has been taken for granted by us is no more; so appreciate it once everything is back to basics.
Since I'm in the art (filming) industry, this paragraph is exclusively for those who are too. Make use of this time to write, watch movies, paint, draw, capture pictures, and et cetera! On a lowkey, promoting my short film which I hope to release during this MCO period which the release has been delaying for 3 years from its making, LOL. So, there you go art makers!

For now, and ever, I'm sure everyone is going to be paranoid after the pandemic is washed away until they develop a basic habit to always wash and sanitize their hands which should be always practiced for their own hygiene.

Do mind when the calamity is no more, we should still practice the hygienic habits for a healthier lifestyle. And also to value your life after all. No matter what, life is precious and meant to be experienced and not just to be taken lightly. Remember that some are dying because of this virus poorly leaving their loved ones behind. Always embrace and be grateful for what you have now. Treasure your life and put utmost importance to your wellbeing.

Sayonara, saviors!!
